Salem Communications Launches KGBI-FM 100.7 as Contemporary Christian Music Station

OMAHA, NE -- Jan. 28, 2005 -- Salem Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:SALM), the leading radio broadcaster focused on Christian and family-themed programming, today announced that it will launch and operate KGBI-FM as a contemporary Christian music station, Salem’s popular FISH(R) format, on January 31, 2005. Salem previously said it would acquire the station from Grace University, Omaha, NE, on October 22, 2004.
