Originally available only to vehicles with 75,000 miles or less, the program has now increased the mileage threshold to 125,000 miles, so nearly all of the cars on the road are eligible. Consumers who sign up now are also eligible for a rebate of up to $20 off of their next Valvoline motor oil purchase. Rebate offer expires on November 30th, 2010.
