SEO Agency Adds Two Senior Account Managers to Charlotte Office

CHARLOTTE, N.C., August 3, 2010 – Ephricon Web Marketing has announced the hiring of Korey Kashmer and David Zimmerman, both to the position of SEO Account Manager. Kashmer and Zimmerman work out of the firm’s Charlotte area office, located about 10 miles south of Charlotte, in Fort Mill, SC.

Both Kashmer and Zimmerman came to Ephricon from full-time SEO roles at other local Charlotte-area internet marketing agencies. In their new positions with Ephricon, each is responsible for managing a roster of 8 to 10 clients, continually helping to improve the performance of client websites in order to increase keyword rankings, traffic and conversions generated by each client’s website.

The hiring of Kashmer and Zimmerman increases the SEO agency’s full-time staff from four to six. It also marks a change in structure – whereby Jon Payne, company founder and president, will oversee all client accounts, but day-to-day management for most accounts will be the responsibility of the account managers.

“I’m more of an SEO guy than a management guy, so I plan to stay involved with each client account,” said Payne. “With our new approach, I get to be involved with every single campaign we manage, yet I’m not the sole set of eyes and ears on any one campaign. Our new team process will help us to get more done for each client, and it also ensures that our clients’ campaigns don’t skip a beat if someone is out sick for a day or two.”

In addition to overseeing all client campaigns, Payne will now allocate more time to continually improving the firm’s internal systems and processes.
