Preview New Vendor Credentials Dashboard at AHRMM ’10

WEBWIRE

Atlanta, July 2010 -- Vendormate, the leading vendor credentialing service, will preview its new Vendormate VISION dashboard at the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management’s annual conference, AHRMM ’10, in Denver on August 2 and 3. The new dashboard gives suppliers who register with Vendormate a clear view of their complex business relationships across multiple healthcare accounts.

Most hospitals mandate that suppliers and their representatives register through vendor credentialing services, like Vendormate. Through the registration process, vendors must meet with specific standards, ranging from clearing government sanction lists to ensuring that individual representatives that call on hospitals are free from communicable diseases. Managing this registration collection, verification and monitoring process is complex for both hospitals and their suppliers.

“When vendors are juggling profiles for multiple customer accounts, some content, like contact information, is shared. Other content is unique to the vendor –customer relationship,” said Bill Hayes, president of Vendormate. “Our new Vendormate VISION user interface with folders and tabs makes it easier for suppliers to navigate the common as well as confidential information across all their customers.”

This release is the second phase of series of enhancements in the Vendormate VISION user interface (UI). The first phase, released in May 2010, introduced single sign on through https://login.vendormate.com and gave supplier-side corporate credential and compliance administrators visibility to their employees’ individual registration profiles.

Vendormate will demonstrate this new capability at AHRMM ’10 in booth 828. The service will be available in late September.
