Houston Mold Testing Laboratory is Ready to Help Area Residents Test for Mold and Other Contaminants from Hurricane Alex

EMSL Analytical’s Houston laboratory has prepared their facility to rapidly respond to Texas residents who experience flooding and water damage by offering fast and affordable testing solutions.

What was once Hurricane Alex is forecast to continue to drop large amounts of precipitation across parts of Texas and the Houston region. Some coastal areas reported almost 11 inches of rain on Thursday and it is expected to continue through the weekend.

As the waters eventually begin to recede and homes begin to dry from the leaks and flooding, area property owners will begin to venture back into their homes and businesses. Many individuals will discover water damaged structures and soaked belongings. Fortunately many of the water damaged properties can be saved with proper and extensive water extraction and mold remediation techniques if the property owners act swiftly.
