ADVANTYS Releases Version 5.2 Of The WorkflowGen BPM / Workflow Software

Among multiple improvements the new release of WorkflowGen offers several new features. For example the end-users can now post comments to an open request. This new communication facility enables the workflow participants to share ideas to facilitate the completion of a process. The comments are available at the request level and also at the portal level enabling the users to quickly check the latest comments associated to all the processes they are handling. The comments are also available as a RSS feed that can be subscribed to with any RSS reader.
The 5.2 release also include new search features, additional SQL views and an update of the WorkflowGen web service API among many other improvements.

For 1 or 1000 processes to automate and 10 to 100 000+ users to manage, the WorkflowGen BPM / Workflow software offers a flexible yet powerful environment to implement both simple and very complex workflows involving human and system based actions.

The design and implementation of the workflows are realized via a web browser with a graphical mapping interface without programming.
