Thales to install state of the art integrated supervision control systems in Chongqing city

Thales announced that it has been awarded a supervision contract with the Metro Company of Chongqing city for the line 1. Thales will provide an integrated supervision and control system to centralise the supervision of the line 1 across 23 train stations and 13 existing subsystems including power, environmental systems, fire system, access control system, integrated alarm…Thales will also install an integrated information sharing system interfacing with four metro lines (1, 2, 3 and future 6) to optimise passengers information and security.

Through the implementation of Thales’s solution, Chongqing metro will benefit from a high level of integration allowing to remotely control any equipment from a single operating post as well as managing efficiently operations and the security of the network.
