Saint Clare’s Health System Awards Contract to AT&T Inc.

Denville, New Jersey, March 27, 2006, Saint Clare’s Health System has selected AT&T Inc. to provide voice networking services for its four hospitals in northwestern New Jersey and six other facilities in Morris and Sussex counties. Serving the healthcare needs of northwestern New Jersey residents since 1895, Saint Clare’s is the region’s premier provider of community-based healthcare and behavioral health services.

The two-year contract with AT&T will help Saint Clare’s reduce the cost of telephone services for both the organization and its patients. AT&T replaces Verizon Communications Inc. as the primary provider of Saint Clare’s voice services. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
