After Heart Attack Work Life Article Series Started by David Herman

The world of those suffering from heart disease and have had heart attacks has become friendlier today as a new article series is released by author David Herman. Since his own heart attack he has been looking for information on how to continue working safely, productively and effectively with the limitations of a damaged heart and medication side effects. He found that information focused on working is lacking and decided to do something about it.

When asked why he was taking so much time and energy to do this when both of those resources are much reduced for him he responded:

“For me, it is important to carry my own weight and be productive. It was hard to find information and support focused on how to do that with my new limitations. Everything is focused on lowering stress, eating right and exercising, all very important but do not help me earn a living. As I gain this knowledge and experience it is the right thing to do to get it out there in simple, direct and honest terms. I want to help others find their way in the working world while realistically facing their new reality.”

He does not know how many articles his experiences will lead to or what other resources he may develop over time. His first two articles are already published and may be found on internet searches under the titles:
