LATTA EQUIPMENT INTRODUCES THE ELIMINATOR

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- The Latta Equipment Company of Charlotte, N.C. has introduced The Eliminator filtration system for wood floor sanding to eliminate a dust filled environment while on the job.
The portable Eliminator system uses three high powered vacuum motors for unsurpassed suction and airflow. The high efficiency cyclone removes 98% of the dust into a self-bagging 30 gallon collector for simple and easy machine emptying. The Eliminator allows up to two users to simultaneously use a belt/drum sander and an edger with up to 125’ of hose. The vacuum can also be disconnected and used by itself on small jobs.
The ultra fine dust material that is missed with the high efficiency cyclone will be captured by the 28 sq. ft. filter and be removed with the drop down dustpan. The innovative filter removes 99.9% of the dust down to .5 microns and can be upgraded to a HEPA filter. The system and filter have a three year warranty.
“I don’t feel sick at days end from inhaling dust. There is no need to stop every half room to empty a dust bag on my sanders and there is no need for
dust masks for hanging of plastic sheeting,” said Craig, a wood floor finisher
and owner of The Eliminator from FaceLiftFloors.com. “I can set up this unit in the house and leave no contamination. I have used this dust contaminant system on a number of jobs, and to date, I have observed no airborne dust. “
Innovative features of The Eliminator include an oversized primary filter area with steel cage that eliminates premature filter clogging, a durable compression cast composite housing that will never dent or rust, a maintenance-free vacuum that increases productivity and decreases cleanup time and an average filter life of three to five years. Also, The Eliminator is so quiet there is no need for ear plugs.
SIMPLE SETUP
Simply insert the waste disposal bag and attach the cyclone to the top of the drum and lock it. Then attach the hoses. Turn on all three motors for full dust collection operation.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Removing the waste bag, use the dust lever to shake excess dust particles from the filter into the dust pan. Empty the dust pan.
