Aktiv Kapital acquire portfolio in UK

Aktiv Kapital has signed a portfolio purchase with a face value in excess of £75 million.

Aktiv Kapital signed 29 April a contract with a major financial institution in UK acquiring a non-performing loans portfolio. The portfolio consists of approx. 16 000 credit card and loan accounts. The major part of the portfolio will be serviced from Aktiv Kapital’s operation in Bromley, outside London.

Previously we have stated that portfolio prices have been at unrealistic levels, and this transaction confirms for us that the market has reached sustainable levels.
