Vanuatu Tamanu Oil Hits Oprah Inspired Television Show

Volcanic Earth, a well-known Vanuatu skin care manufacturer and exporter reported that orders for Vanuatu-produced Tamanu Oil came pouring in from all over the United States and Canada following exposure recently on “The Dr Oz Show” on the best natural cures from all around the world.

The show itself is a joint endeavour of Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Productions and Sony Pictures Television. Dr. Mehmet Oz, a world renowned surgeon and host of the show, reaches millions of viewers weekly with his health and wellness advice.

This particular episode of the Dr Oz Show went to air midweek and was promoted as “Dr. Oz scours the earth to find the best natural cures. What can Mother Nature’s medicines do for you? These healing plants, powders and pills can help with arthritis, allergies, acne and much more.”

Dr Oz and the Medicine Hunter put Vanuatu squarely on the map for millions of Americans and Canadians when Vanuatu Tamanu Oil was hailed as the best natural cure for the treatment of Acne.

For those of you who still haven’t heard of Tamanu Oil, it is produced from the nut kernels of the Tamanu Tree, which grows profusely throughout Vanuatu.

Regarded by many as a miracle oil, this all natural and truly organic product is used for the treatment of a multitude of skin conditions including:- acne, acne scarring, psoriasis, eczema, burns (including chemical burns), dry or scaly skin, infected wounds, ulcers, boils, sores, cuts, skin blemishes, rashes (including nappy rash), dermaphytosis of the scalp or beard, reduction of and even the complete removal of age spots to improving the appearance of generalized scarring and even stretch marks after pregnancy.

The primary countries targeted for export were Australia, New Zealand and the USA. On a recent trip to Australia, Volcanic Earth secured an exclusive distributorship for its Tamanu Oil-based products in that country. Given that they already have exclusive distributors in New Zealand, this latest exposure in the USA and Canada is the icing on the cake.
