Mitel and Wesley Clover Solutions Provide Stone & Youngberg with a Single, Unified Communications Solution


High-Availability Solution Seamlessly Connects All Office Staff, Trading Floors and Mobile Workers Throughout The U.S.

The solution will leverage Stone & Youngberg’s AT&T MPLS backbone and provide a scalable, robust voice equipment infrastructure for more than 200 employees, including trading floor staff, and enable simple, centralized system monitoring and management.

Stone & Youngberg needed a leading UC single IP communications system capable of serving the needs of support staff in offices throughout the USA, trading floors located in San Francisco, New York, Chicago, San Diego, and Phoenix and mobile workers all in a single platform.

The IP Turret also offers traders dual handsets for dealing with many calls at once while the wireless headsets free their hands for the keyboard. Mitel Mobile Extension enables staff to answer a call coming into their desk phone on their mobile phone and with the teleworker functionality means a trader can connect to the IP Turret or Traderphone at home. Further, since all personnel are now on the same single Mitel solution, communication and collaboration across the company is greatly simplified.
