Let the Games Begin! Motorola Puts Mobile Game Developers to the Test with the 2006//CODE:MOTO Challenge

WHAT: Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) will be hosting 2006//CODE:MOTO -- a two-day coding challenge held at this year’s Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Jose. 2006//CODE:MOTO invites independent developers with a competitive spirit to try their hand at creating the next big thing in mobile gaming by producing original titles for iconic Motorola devices such as the RAZR, PEBL and SLVR.

Winners will receive the chance to make their game concept a reality through business and promotional opportunities (via the judging panel and Motorola’s MOTOCODER website). In addition, winners will be awarded Motorola devices including PEBL, RAZR, and SLVR.

The challenge is open to any independent developer attending GDC.
