Time Warner Cable, CBS Sports and CSTV to Deliver NCAA® March Madness® Coverage On Demand For Digital Video Customers

March 16, 2006, STAMFORD, CT - Time Warner Cable, CBS Sports and CSTV today announced plans to provide additional coverage of the 2006 NCAA® Men’s Basketball Championship. The coverage will be comprised of condensed versions of 63 games of the 2006 NCAA Division I Basketball Championship, including a free preview of the NCAA tournament available on demand.

All condensed games will be available for $ 0.99. For first/second rounds of the NCAA tournament, CSTV, CBS Sports and TWC will offer bundles containing two condensed games of 10-20 minutes each in length, for the price of one as a special bonus for its NCAA® March Madness® fans. Individual games from the regional semifinals throughout the end of the tournament will each be 15-20 minutes in length.

The content will be available for purchase to Time Warner Cable customers through April 10, 2006.
