JERICHO, NY--(SmallCapNewsRelease)--December 8th, 2009 Royal Quantum Group, Inc (OTCBB:RYQG) announced today that their Bond #1-18 well in Noble County, Oklahoma has begun extracting oil.

Flow tests were performed, and without stimulation, the well began extracting oil at a rate of 20 barrels per hour. The well was later choked back to 120 barrels per day.
