JERICHO, NY--(SmallCapNewsRelease)--December 7th, 2009 United States Oil & Gas Corporation (OTC:USOG) announced today that they have an agreement to purchase United Oil & Gas of Bottineau, North Dakota.

The purchase of United Oil & Gas is for all property, equipment and six acres of developable land. Also included in the acquisition are United Propane, United C-Store and an additional gas station and C-Store that will be up and running in the near future.

This is the second profitable acquisition for United States Oil & Gas. The agreement is expected to go into effect January 1st, 2009.
