During his fellowship training, he was the assistant athletic trainer to the Buffalo Bison which is the minor league AAA baseball team for the Cleveland Indians and the Niagara University Mens and Womens Collegiate Hockey team. Dr. Yen is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, New Jersey Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and the International Spine Intervention Society. He was also awarded Top Physician in New Jersey in 2008.
