The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Place to Work program received over 350 entries this year with no more than ten companies in each of five categories receiving the prestigious award. Each company is evaluated on overall benefits and creative employee programs and results from an extensive employee survey that requires at least 80% of employees to complete.
