Snipe’s NetGuard NBAD appliance integrates Kaspersky Lab’s antivirus technology with Snipe Networks’ advanced malicious behavior detection

Snipe Networks, a leading provider of user-centric behavioral anomaly detection and mitigation (NBAD) solutions and Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announced the licensing of Kaspersky Lab’s antivirus technology for Snipe Networks’ NetGuard NBAD appliance. Snipe’s NetGuard customers will now have Kaspersky Lab’s award winning antivirus protection built directly into their appliances, eliminating the need to install additional boxes to scan network traffic against malicious content. This new functionality will increase the breadth of NetGuard’s overall user-centric network anomaly behavior detection system.
