Billing Revolution Appoints Mobile Payments Industry Veteran Todd Ablowitz to Advisory Board

Mobile payments company expands depth of advisory counsel with the addition of Double Diamond Group President

Seattle, Washington – October 14, 2009 – Billing Revolution, a leading mobile payments company, today announces the appointment of Todd Ablowitz to the company’s Board of Advisors. Ablowitz is a payments industry veteran and president of Double Diamond Group, a global payments consulting firm. As an advisor, Ablowitz will work with Billing Revolution’s management team to identify new product opportunities, and develop and execute a global business and marketing strategy based on trends and market demands.

Prior to establishing Double Diamond Group in 2008, Ablowitz was Senior Vice
President of Sales for the leading contactless and mobile payments company, ViVOtech,
Inc. Ablowitz successfully built and led the ViVOtech sales team and facilitated the
acceptance of new technology to the world’s top retail brands, increasing sales of the
company’s card readers fourfold. Under his leadership, the company diversified sales
channels and launched new resellers, integrators, vertical market vendors, acquirers and
ISOs to boost incremental revenue and drive growth.

Ablowitz currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA). During his last year as Chairman, the ETA Technology Committee was awarded 2008 Committee of the Year. Ablowitz has presented at numerous industry events and seminars where he is viewed as an authority on payment technology, and he has been quoted extensively as an expert in industry trade publications.

Ablowitz holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado
at Boulder, and a certificate in negotiation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard
Law School.
