New FaultWire® Manager Released - Provides Instant Information and Solutions for Confusing Windows Error Messages

Mountain View, CA (October 13, 2009) – FAQware®, today released its’ brand new FaultWire® Manager software for Windows. It provides instant solutions and information on warnings, errors and crash messages. The FaultWire Manager is unique in providing extensive information on both Windows and application problems with a single click.

FaultWire’s Patent Pending SmartFilter™ technology removes variable message information such as filenames and dates so the same message with minor different content always arrives at the same FaultWire page.

The FaultWire page delivers solutions and technical information about the issue. It also identifies the company that generated the message along with how to contact the company for downloads and support. Additional features shows how often the issue occurs, links to a forum for this specific issue, and a mini web-search for more about the issue.

FaultWire Pro includes additional features for the advanced user and corporate environments such as creating an instant email with critical error information, history log, and more.
