United States District Court accepts Able Forensic Investigations and Howard Eisemann as Criminal Defense Investigator

SAN DIEGO, California (August 12, 2009) The United States District Court for Southern California, with the approval of the judicial council of the circuit, has accepted Able Forensic Investigations and lead investigator Howard Eisemann as a Criminal Defense Investigator under CJA 21.
