Caroline Grossinger Reports Strong Cash For Clunkers Sales in Illinois

Today the NHTSA released statistics that over 273,077 car sales have been submitted for reimbursements under the Cash for Clunkers program. Grossinger Motors operating multiple stores in Illinois contributed 165 of those sales.

According to Caroline Grossinger, CEO, the demand for new car sales has exceeded her expectations. "Our showrooms have been very active with Illinois consumers looking to take advantage of this limited time government rebate. The demand for the Cash for Clunkers program has been so great that on August 6th, Congress voted to add an additional $2 billion in funding for the program.
