Canadian Educational Software Development Company expands its Peterborough Presence: Operitel Corporation relocates its corporate headquarters in order to support its growing business.

Peterborough, ON: February 27, 2006 - Operitel Corporation, developer of the LearnFlex™ Learning Management System, announced today it has relocated its Canadian corporate headquarters to a larger location to support its growing business. Since its founding in 2001, Operitel has experienced rapid growth in both clients and employees due to the success of its award-winning LearnFlex™ Learning Management System (LMS). The LearnFlex™ LMS comprises of over five years of research and development exceeding 12.8 million dollars. LearnFlex™ currently manages all aspects of training for over 750,000 learners located in seven countries.

Operitel’s new corporate headquarters is 5,500 square feet of newly renovated office space located in the heart of downtown Peterborough, Ontario. The company’s executive staff and functions, including research and development, client support, marketing and Canadian sales will be relocated to the new facility. Operitel will continue to operate its previous corporate office located at Pido Road which will be used as a secure data centre.
