Anita Kraal-Zuidema earned her BA and M.Ed at Calvin College (now, University). Born and raised in Holland, Michigan, she currently lives in Byron Center, Michigan, with her husband, Allan. They enjoy the company of two daughters with families and try to keep pace with their active grandchildren and one year old great-grandson, Carsten.

Anita writes to leave a legacy of words showing her love of family and friends and of God and His people. Her desire and prayer is that anyone who reads this book will find a way to pass along the stories of family, faith, and God’s grace.

“Toward Endless Light: A Christian Writer’s Spiritual Journey through Memoir” is the author’s second book. She started writing memoir as legacy for her family, but as more stories found their way onto the pages, she knew they were meant to be shared. She reaches into the past—deep into a memory bank of personal experiences—to share the goodness of God in our lives and to honor Him with a writer’s love offering. By adding “Something to Ponder” at chapter’s end, she challenges her readers to consider the everyday choices they make and to encourage them to walk every day in closer relationship with God.
