HBIS Duferco Presented BRESCO Project In 9th ICC

November 29, with a title of Studying the BRESCO Experiences of An Improving Investment Revenue via a Risk Management System,HBIS Duferco presented its project in the 9^th International Capital Conference (ICC) in Beijing. ICC Joint Chairman, Former Minister of MOFCOM, Former Boao Asian Forum Secretary General Long Yongtu, ICC Joint Chairman, Former French Prime Minister, Honorary Councillor, France Fondation Prospective & Innovation Chairman Jean-Pierre Raffarin attended the conference. HBIS CCP & Group Chairman Yu Yong made a speech and invited his partners in the globe to join the BRESCO project and build a  community of sharedfuture for mankind and a healthy development of the world economy.

Long Yongtu highly praised the BRESCO project of HBIS Duferco and said it had become a showpiece project in China and Europe cooperation. It is also one of the best projects in Belt & Road Initiative. The exciting project is telling us that there is great potential between China and Europe. We wish to give BRESCO more momentum, making it a successful showpiece to more China  European joint ventures under ICC framework.

Long Yongtu said Chinese manufacturing sector had been gaining a significant capability and improving its quality over the years. However, the soft power in international trade is steel relatively week. The risk management & investment revenue of BRESCO is exactly what we need. Chinese manufacturing needs to further improve its quality and profits and the core is to connect manufacturing and services closer. Besides international development, the merger of manufacturing and service is an important path Chinese manufacturing needs to take. The highly complementary HBIS and Duferco cooperation is providing an important experience to Chinese manufacturing and Chinese enterprises.

Long said that seeking a third party partners in the Belt & Road countries would be important to China and Europe cooperation and BRESCO was showing us that direction. Chinese enterprises should study the HBIS experience and improve their business via overseas development. With actual projects in Belt & Road, the Chinese enterprises should achieve a mutually benefiting development. He wishes that, besides being an export platform for a Chinese products and services, BRESCO could also become an import platform for foreign products and services. With import and export, the Chinese could show the world our openness and become more active on the world stage to find more partners.

Long Yongtu finally addressed that he hoped to see more investors, enterprises to join in China and Europe cooperation within ICC framework, just like the HBIS and Duferco project. Under the current tough international economic environment, we should be confident and make a bright future.

Jean-Pierre Raffarin said it was his pleasure to discuss the HBIS Duferco BRESCO project in ICC. BRESCO is a spectacular and multilateral project and could add bring success to Belt & Road Initiative. In China and Europe cooperation, we are looking at every project closely and trying to find proper and representing projects that could allow us to have a mutually complementary cooperation, making the maximum potential. The meeting today is not an end, because we still have a lot to talk and a shared future to begin. We believe, with the assistance and hard work of community, BRESCO will be a great success and make its contribution to the world economy. 

Yu Yong presented the achievement HBIS had made in its international efforts and said the group had been speeding up its international development and making progress with its highly efficient practices and merging into globe economy. HBIS is firmly a power supporter and participant in the Belt & Road Initiative.

Yu Yong said since HBIS Duferco launched its BRESCO project last year, we had gained great acknowledgement and assistance from the national ministries, financial institutions, both domestic and international, and all communities. Based on the analysis of the internationalization of world steel industry, HBIS BRESCO will show its great value in the future. HBIS Duferco is no longer a trading, but also a comprehensive service platform. With the joint venture and coordinated development of HBIS and Duferco, especially the high level and powerful risk management capability of HBIS Duferco, BRESCO has already been showing its potential for development. In the future, Chinese and their European clients will see and enjoy the values of BRESCO.   

Finally, Yu Yong said that Belt & Road Initiative was injecting brand new energy to world economy and broad room international cooperation. An open HBIS and World HBIS sincerely invite its strategic partners of the globe to join in BRESCO to participate a mutually beneficial Belt & Road Initiative, making a new business card in the Belt & Road Initiative. 

HBIS Duferco presented its performance of the year, the progress of BRESCO and opportunities in Belt & Road Initiative. Duferco also introduced its risk management system and successful experiences. In Q&A session, the participants discussed the improvement of investment return, risk management, M&A regulation.
