National Adoption Day: Hilton an Industry Leader in Family Benefits, Support

At Hilton, we know that families form in many ways and so in 2017 we introduced an Adoption Assistance Benefit that contributes $10,000 to Team Members to help offset the cost of adoption. Additionally, new adoptive parents receive two weeks of fully paid parental leave. We were honored to be recognized for these benefits and our support of adoptive families by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption as one of its 100 Best Adoption Friendly Workplaces 2018.

• Industry leading Paid Time Off and Go Hilton: Exclusive travel perks that allow Team Members, as well as their friends and family, to make travel memories together. In 2019, to coincide with Hilton’s 100th anniversary, the number of nights available will increase to a total of 100.
