Carlotta Maria Shinn Russell is a professor of business and communication at Faulkner University. She has already published six books. In 2014, she won the Southern Regional Literary award in Civil Rights category. She is also a member of several organizations including the Mobile Writer’s Guild and Toastmasters International.
