BILTHOVEN, The Netherlands - February 10, 2005 - ASM International N.V. (NASDAQ: ASMI and Euronext Exchange in Amsterdam: ASM) will report operating results for the fourth quarter and full year, ended December 31, 2005, on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at approximately 12:00 noon US Eastern time (18:00 Continental European time).
