SAP Partner Ecosystem Expansion Continues with 12-City Tour Across Europe; Events Outline Future Strategy, Road Map for Partner Community

WALLDORF, Germany - January 31, 2006 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) today launches a series of road show events in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), addressing around 4,000 existing and potential resellers, independent software vendors (ISVs), system integrators (SIs) and technology partners who market, develop, sell and implement SAP® solutions in this region. At the events, SAP will share details of its current and future go-to-market strategy, presenting information on its new partner engagement model, solution portfolio and road maps for SAP® Business One, qualified mySAP™ All-in-One partner solutions and enterprise services architecture (ESA), SAP’s business-driven software architecture.

The events will feature members of SAP’s global leadership team for small and midsize enterprises (SMEs), top local management in each respective country and executives from the EMEA north, east, west and south (NEWS) regions, including Ferri Abolhassan, chief operating officer, EMEA NEWS; Eric Duffaut, senior vice president, Channel & SME; Ernie Gunst, president, EMEA News; Michael Kleinemeier, president, EMEA Central and managing director, Germany; Michael Schmitt, senior vice president, SME EMEA Central; and Donna Troy, senior vice president, Global SME Indirect Channels.

Partners will learn about the ongoing regional deployment of the SAP PartnerEdge™ program for channel partners and can leverage the event to engage with SAP executives at the global, regional or local level and establish networks with one another to pursue international business opportunities.

In addition, presentations will address opportunities to drive mutual growth via engagements with industry partners and outline new perspectives for ISVs. Partners including Adobe, Cisco, Intel and Siemens will discuss SAP’s platform strategy and ESA as a basis for co-innovation.
