Lucent Technologies VitalSuite® Performance Management Software Wins ‘World Class Award’ From Network Testing Labs
OCTOBER 05, 2006 - MURRAY HILL, N.J. - Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) today announced its VitalSuite® Performance Management Software has won Network Testing Labs’ ‘World Class’ award for the best performance management and monitoring software.
Lucent’s VitalSuite® 10.0 Performance Management Software outperformed Concord Communications’ EHealth® Suite 5.7, Hewlett Packard’s OpenView Performance Insight 5.1, and InfoVista’s VistaInsight™ for Networks 2.0 based on its unique capabilities for pinpointing the causes of network problems and overburdened network devices, links and computers; ease-of-use; and the robustness and scalability of the product, according to Barry Nance, author of the network test for Network Testing Labs, a Network World Lab Alliance Partner.
