HerpesCureHQ: Search For Most Effective Herpes Treatment
HerpesCureHQ is an education portal for people who have been diagnosed with herpes virus and want to find information about effective herpes treatments and share their own experience living with herpes.
Herpes is a very common disease caused by herpes simplex virus-1 ( HSV-1 ) and herpes simplex virus-2 ( HSV-2 ). The symptoms of herpes simplex virus-1 are cold sores on the mouth, lips and face, and sores on the genitals are usually caused by herpes simplex virus-2 ;(but in some cases HSV-1 can also cause sores on the genitals). It is important to know that even when herpes virus is not in an active state it can still spread to the genitals through sexual intercourse (both oral and genital), or from a cold sore if hygiene precautions are not taken properly.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported that more than 45 million people over the age of 12 (approximately 20%) in the United States have herpes.
As of now there is no FDA approved herpes cure, even though some websites may claim otherwise. Lots of things can cause herpes outbreak: surgery, unhealthy diet, stress, illness, bad habits, etc., but more often weakened immune system triggers herpes outbreaks. However, even is immune system is strong and capable of fighting herpes, the virus can still hide from immune defense mechanisms in the nerve cells, reappear later and cause herpes outbreak.
The main purpose of HerpesCureHQ is to find a way to help people that are suffering from herpes have a normal life by preventing herpes outbreaks and stopping the virus from replicating.
HerpesCureHQ is collecting stories of success from people who were able to stop herpes outbreaks (and are willing to share their experience with others), and various information about herpes treatments and medications that don’t work.
It is a community where people who have herpes discuss different treatments that worked or didn’t work for them, tell about their experience of dating after being diagnosed with herpes and give different advises that help other members of the community. It is also a great place for those who have recently been diagnosed with herpes and need to figure out what to do next.
All information submitted by HerpesCureHQ members is kept protected and anonymous.
