Texas Instruments Names Ben Carter Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for Human Resources


DALLAS – Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NASDAQ:TXN) today announced Ben Carter’s election as vice president. As vice president of compensation and benefits for TI, Carter will oversee and manage TI’s global pay and benefits programs, ensuring that the company is remaining competitive and attracting a driven and diverse workforce.

Carter joined TI in 2000 through the acquisition of Burr-Brown, an analog semiconductor company in Tucson, Ariz. He has held several positions within this group in human resources, most recently as director of compensation and benefits.

Carter earned a Bachelor’s degree in general business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
