Lectrus is pleased to announce that industry veterans Karl Sheasby and Zach Williams have joined the Houston Operation as Project Managers.
Lectrus is pleased to announce that industry veterans Karl Sheasby and Zach Williams have joined the Houston Operation as Project Managers. At Lectrus, the Project Manager serves as the primary contact with customers from time of contract until completed product is delivered and installed. They understand customer requirements, manage change orders, review designs, resolve challenges encountered during the production process, and track the status of projects, keeping customers informed at all times. Most importantly, Project Managers are responsible for assuring that Lectrus delivers high quality products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Karl Sheasby is a seasoned electrical professional with 25 years combined experience managing, developing, designing, engineering, and fabricating low and medium voltage switchgear, motor control centers, generator controls, power substations, and power control rooms for the oil & gas industry. He has experience supervising equipment installation, testing and pre-commissioning and maintains a strong knack for problem solving. Prior to joining Lectrus, Karl served as Engineering Manager for Protect Controls for 7 years and worked for Point Eight Power for 17 years. Mr. Sheasby attended St Bernard Technical School and Delgado Community College where he studied Mechanical/HVAC and Electrical Engineering, respectively.
Zach Williams is a former employee who previously served Lectrus customers as a Designer and Project Coordinator from 2006-11. He has returned to the company after working for Canrig Drilling as an Applications Designer and Siemens Industry as a Senior Structural Designer. Mr. Williams has a solid background in engineering, is detail-driven and has strong communication skills. Technically skilled in the following software: Zach holds an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Computer-Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute and attended North Harris Community College.
