VML Named 2013 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplace

For the second consecutive year, VML has been selected as one of America’s Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. VML ranked in the Top 100 and No. 2 overall in the industry of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations.



This honor recognizes the Top 100 companies with the best adoption benefits available to their employees. Rankings are determined by an analysis of a company’s adoption benefits that are made available to employees who adopt, such as financial reimbursement and paid leave. In addition to the Top 100 list, the Foundation honors the Top 10 by size and the Top 5 in each industry from its annual survey of U.S. employers.

The Dave Thomas Foundation Adoption-Friendly Workplace program aims to make adoption an affordable option for every working parent and provides companies with the support needed to offer adoption benefits to employees and recognizes the forward-thinking employers that already have adoption benefits in place. The Foundation seeks to help increase foster care adoption awareness while celebrating businesses that support adoptive families through this program.
