MoMA PS1 and Volkswagen Host a Benefit in Miami Beach for Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

Benefit at the Delano includes DJ Sets by Animal Collective and Chromeo

All Proceeds go to the Rockaway Waterfront Alliance

Instead of its annual party in Miami during Art Basel, MoMA PS1 is partnering with Volkswagen to host a special benefit to raise funds for Hurricane Sandy relief efforts on Friday, December 7 (9PM – midnight) at the Delano Beach Club.

The benefit will be held poolside and feature DJ sets by Avey Tare & Deakin from Animal Collective, and Dave 1 from Chromeo. In addition, the event will premiere the first film for EXPO 1: New York—a large-scale international exhibition, made possible by our ongoing partnership with Volkswagen, which will open at MoMA PS1 this spring (May 12-September 2, 2013).

Tickets are $100 minimum donation ($1000 VIP) and all proceeds go the Rockaway Waterfront Alliance.
