New York, NY – MTV News is celebrating the first Anniversary of its weekly online conversation show, RapFix Live, on Wednesday, September 14th at 4pm ET on MTV.com with special guests Trina, Lloyd Banks, The Outlawz, Maino and a special look-back at some of the most compelling interviews, moments and freestyles from the RapFix couch that took place this past year.

Hosted by hip-hop aficionado and MTV News Correspondent Sway Calloway, RapFix Live has earned its reputation as the ultimate destination for all things hip-hop – including exclusive interviews with Lil Wayne, Bad Meets Evil cohorts Eminem and Royce Da 5’9, Dr. Dre, Lil Kim, Ja Rule, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa and model girlfriend Amber Rose, The Game, Mac Miller, Diddy and Consequence, among others – and has served up more than 7.4 million streams since its first episode.

In the final hours of voting, rap superstar Nicki Minaj leads the “Best Freestyle” category while Eminem and Lil Kim continue to duke it out for “Best Moments.” Fans still have the opportunity to get a vote in as the polls close tonight at midnight.

The show will also recap some of the biggest cultural moments in Hip-Hop from the death of Nate Dogg to JAY-Z and Eminem’s joint “Home and Home” concert. Also on hand will be online pundits from thisis50, allhiphop.com and rapradar.com join host Sway for a live debate on the top moments within hip-hop culture over the past year. Finally, four of RapFix Live’s “Get In The Game” alums – Sean Rose, Shakespeare, Feev, Gerald Walker and The Boy Illinois – will be in the studio for a special freestyle cipher to close out the show the same way RapFix has done each week.
