Independent Research Firm Names Oracle a Leader for Project Portfolio Management Software Applications
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. 17-APR-2006 Forrester Research, a leading independent research firm, has recognized Oracle as a “Leader” in the Forrester Wave Evaluation: Project Portfolio Management, Q1 2006.1 Project portfolio management is a set of software applications that provide information technology (IT) departments and many industries including professional services, public sector, engineering and construction, financial services, life sciences and high-tech the ability to align their portfolios of projects with their business strategies, and plan and manage the project lifecycle for each of the individual projects.
