Under the terms of the contract, Applied DNA Sciences will supply the company with proprietary botanical DNA Authentication codes customized for the application. The botanical DNA Authentication codes will be used to link the products to their specific owners.

The structure of the agreement gives Applied DNA Sciences a fee for each unique Authentication code purchased, along with a fee for authentications. The agreement calls for a minimum amount purchased, guaranteeing revenue each year of the agreement for Applied DNA Sciences.
