CA Receives “Positive” Rating in Leading Analyst Firm’s E-Discovery MarketScope Report

ISLANDIA, N.Y. – CA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CA) today announced that it received a “Positive” rating in Gartner’s “MarketScope for E-Discovery Software Product Vendors.”* CA was one of 18 vendors evaluated in the report.

CA offers E-discovery capabilities through its Information Governance Suite. The Suite is designed to help customers proactively and consistently manage vital digital and physical information assets across disparate repositories, via policy-driven controls that help mitigate risk and facilitate litigation preparedness.

According to the report, Gartner noted that “In 2008, E-discovery vendor revenue grew at 30%. Spending on E-discovery software technologies and service offerings is forecast to grow by 21% annually through 2013.”
