New Software Integration Partners Join QUALCOMM Alliance Program

Partners Provide Transportation Systems Software to Variety of Industries

ORLANDO — March 13, 2006 — QUALCOMM Incorporated (Nasdaq: QCOM), a leader in providing business-to-business wireless enterprise applications and services, today announced three leading technology providers in the transportation industry - Prophesy Transportation Solutions, Profit Tools and ROADVision® Systems - have recently joined the QUALCOMM Alliance Program and have developed value-added interfaces to QUALCOMM’s OmniTRACS® and OmniExpress® mobile communications solutions. The new partners serve customers of all sizes in the truckload, less-than-truckload (LTL) and intermodal industries.
