Network Dynamics, Inc. Expands To New Corporate HeadQuarters

Oldsmar, Florida – May 16, 2005 – Network Dynamics, Inc. (NDI), a network technology and life cycle solutions provider, announced today that they have signed an agreement with Harrod Properties Development Ltd. to purchase a new, larger facility for the expansion of their corporate headquarters.

NDI’s new offices are located in the Brooker Creek Corporate Center, along with other major community business leaders such as Nielson Media Research (2,000 employees) and United Healthcare (1,500 employees). The new location, with up to 40,000 square feet of space, will house NDI’s corporate offices, sales and marketing, technical logistics and network operations.

The Brooker Creek Corporate Center is located north of State Road 580 and west of Race Track Road in Oldsmar, Florida (between Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties). This location provides convenient access for NDI’s customers to the Tampa International Airport, Downtown Tampa, Interstate 275 and all of Central Florida.
