CharityCar.us Helps Make Dreams Come True For The Children’s Wish Foundation

Online charity car recycling site CharityCar.us (www.charitycar.us) is continuing to help fund ‘wish trips’ for thousands of children suffering from serious and life-threatening conditions, making their lifelong dreams and ambitions a reality, thanks to their ongoing support of The Children’s Wish Foundation.

(23 July 2009) - - Online charity car donation website CharityCar.us (www.charitycar.us) is continuing to help make the dreams of seriously ill children nationwide become a reality, thanks to its ongoing support of The Children’s Wish Foundation.

The website, founded to help good causes by auto salvage firm Standard Auto Wreckers (www.standardautowreckers.com), has helped fund ‘wish trips’ for children across North America through The Children’s Wish Foundation, including Samuel who was granted his trip of a lifetime to the Eiffel Tower in Paris as a result of donations from CharityCar.us.

Diagnosed with a benign spinal tumor at age nine and requiring extensive surgery, Samuel later suffered an infection in his surgical wound, and faced the prospect of permanent paralysis in both arms and legs.

The Children’s Wish Foundation, with the aid of support from CharityCar.us, granted Samuel his wish – a trip to the City of Light with his family.

Carmen Wright of CharityCar.us, believes the ongoing support of The Children’s Wish Foundation will help thousands of children every year experience a ‘wish trip’ of their own, to spread happiness in the face of the very serious conditions they live with every day.
