2008 Team Beachbody Coach of the Year - Pete Pena Leads By Example

Whoever thought being a Team Beachbody Coach wasn’t rewarding, obviously hasn’t met Pete Pena.

Having become a Team Beachbody coach in 2007, Pete Pena has already established himself as a force to be reckoned within the company. To prove this, Pete has received the 2008 Team Beachbody Coach of the Year Award which proves his dedication to the profession and his eagerness to help others replicate his success.

Pete is passionate about fitness and wants to share his vision with equal minded Team Beachbody Coaches. Therefore he invites others to join him in his business. Pete currently has over 5600 coaches in his network that he passionately motivates and guides to help them reach their goals just the way he did.

Pete’s success is definitely worth celebrating. Frustratingly enough, he remained at the Number 2 and Number 3 spots for a while but when asked how he kept motivating himself, the Beachbody Coach simply says “I just had a goal”. Pete believes the success of his Team Beachbody business depends on setting and achieving goals. He believes that if each individual Team Beachbody Coach sets monthly goals, this revolutionary health and fitness business is only bound to keep growing. His simple mantra is, “If you continue to push, you’re going to be successful.”

Pete is a strong believer in active recruiting and works hard to keep others just as motivated as he is every day. When asked his secret to motivation, Pete says it’s “about figuring out your “why”. Everybody has a “why”. According to him, most people are shy and hesitant about talking to and approaching other people. However, he works hard to keep his Coaches focused on their “why” because he believes that is what keeps people focused on reaching their goals.

As a Team BeachBody Coach, Pete’s personal “why” was to retire and not have to work for anyone and he has achieved that. He hopes to help other Team Beachbody Coaches achieve a similar kind of success through this simple and revolutionary health and fitness program.
