WEBWIRE

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., — March 5, 2009 — Two of Springbok Services’ senior executives will participate in panel discussions next week at Prepaid Card Expo 2009 in Orlando. Springbok will be exhibiting at the event in booth #522.

Taylor Ohlsen, co-founder and CEO of Springbok, will serve as a panelist for a session titled, “Incorporating Service-Based Processing Enhancements to Drive Prepaid Growth.” The session will be held on Monday, March 9 from 1:15 to 2:10 p.m. Attendees will learn about the newest innovations in prepaid processing technology, as well as the required elements clients should look for when choosing a prepaid processor.

Springbok’s senior vice president and general counsel, Brad Fauss, will participate in a panel discussion titled, “The Prepaid Card Industry’s Take on State Abandoned Property Laws.” This session, also scheduled for Monday, March 9 from 1:15 to 2:10 p.m., will explore state unclaimed property laws. This workshop is based on a survey conducted by the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA) that identified this as one of the top three critical regulatory concerns for NBPCA members. As a result, the NBPCA organized a team of industry leaders to develop a white paper detailing how such laws work, why such laws often do not adequately address prepaid cards and the difficulties inherent in complying with these laws. This panel includes all of the authors of the white paper who will discuss their conclusions and share strategies for dealing with sensitive abandoned property issues.

For more information about these workshops or to speak with Ohlsen or Fauss, contact Michelle Chase at 303.409.4136 or michelle.chase@springbokservices.com.
