The Sedona Conference® Announces International Programme on Cross-Border eDiscovery, eDisclosure & Data Privacy

Sedona, AZ, USA, March 4, 2009 -- The Sedona Conference® announces that it is now accepting applications for its International Programme on Cross-Border eDiscovery, eDisclosure and Data Privacy, to be held at the Hotel Arts in Barcelona, Spain on Wednesday and Thursday, 10 and 11 June. This programme will focus on conflicting data privacy and eDiscovery demands in the context of international litigation, regulation and arbitration. It will provide a rare opportunity for participants to engage in dialogue with legal experts and European data protection commissioners on data privacy and eDiscovery issues.
