Concise IT has announced they will be aligning their service delivery and processes to the de facto standard called ITIL (short for Information Technology Infrastructure Library). A worldwide standard, ITIL is normally found in much larger organisations such as Shell, Microsoft, BT and Boeing.
With the adoption of the ITIL standard and significant investment into training and infrastructure Concise IT can ensure they deliver exceptional IT support and services to their customers. As part of their commitment to delivering the very best IT support and service to their customers Concise IT is investing £67,000 in new systems, training and infrastructure. The technical department has doubled in size over the past nine months with new staff members being hired and trained on the Servicedesk and engineering teams. The department will also be restructured to provide improved IT issue escalation and faster fix times.
