Jo-Carroll Energy Selects Trimble’s Utility Field Inspection and Asset Management Solution

SUNNYVALE, Calif. — Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB) announced that Jo-Carroll Energy, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative in Illinois, will be implementing its Geographic Information Systems (GIS)-based Trimble UtilityCenter® uaMaintenance™ module for utility field inspection and asset management. Jo-Carroll Energy is a member owned and controlled utility which provides electricity, natural gas and associated services at cost to its consumer members in Jo-Daviess, Carroll and Whiteside counties. The cooperative serves more than 25,000 commercial, industrial and residential customers.

Jo-Carroll Energy previously selected the Trimble UtilityCenter Software Suite for GIS utility mapping, outage management and field staking. The increased focus on system reliability and world class customer service has led Jo-Carroll Energy to extend the functionality of the Trimble UtilityCenter solution by adding the uaMaintenance module.
