Turkish Airlines concludes deal with Kevin Costner for a new commercial campaign
Turkish Airlines, in a statement issued today, said Oscar winning Hollywood actor Kevin Costner will come to Turkey to act in a commercial to be filmed for Turkish Airlines within the next days.

As one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, Turkish Airlines will have proclaimed that it is a global player in airline business by bringing Kevin Costner, worldwide famous actor, to Turkey.
Coming to Turkey in 2007 for a concert as a musician Kevin Costner will come once again, this time as an actor.

Expressing his warm feelings to Turkish people and Turkey each time, Kevin Costner will stay in Istanbul for three days to shoot a commercial for Turkish Airlines.

The new commercial of Turkish Airlines, in which the Oscar winning actor will play, will be shown in 70 countries.

Winning Oscar with the film “Dances with Wolves” written and directed by him, an epic western in which the Indians are the good guys, Costner will star in a Turkish commercial for the first time thruout his career.

Having an approximately 20 percent increase of business passengers and a 45 percent increase of transit passengers in 2008 Turkish Airlines will achieve a great success by launching this new commercial which promoting both Turkish Airlines and Turkey.
